📋 Description

• Oversee and optimize end-to-end patient flow across Mental Health services • Provide operational leadership for intake, patient access, scheduling, provider capacity management, referral conversion, care coordination, billing throughput, and process improvement • Directly supervise Intake Coordinators, Scheduling Specialists, Access Coordinators, and other operational support staff • Recruit, onboard, train, and develop team members • Conduct one-on-one meetings, coaching sessions, and performance evaluations • Establish productivity, quality, and service expectations • Develop staffing models and schedules and manage workforce planning • Oversee patient intake, access workflows, referrals, inquiries, appointment requests, waitlists, and backfill strategies • Monitor patient flow, provider schedules, capacity, visit completion, cancellations, no-shows, rescheduling, continuity of care, and patient leakage • Oversee internal and external referral processes and care transitions • Partner with Revenue Cycle teams to address billing and claims barriers, improve charge capture, and reduce revenue delays • Develop and maintain operational workflows and SOPs • Identify inefficiencies, lead process improvements, operational projects, and system implementations • Coordinate new-provider onboarding and support program launches, market expansions, and strategic initiatives • Monitor dashboards and KPIs, analyze operational trends, develop leadership reports, and present recommendations • Ensure HIPAA, payer, authorization, credentialing, scheduling, registration, and documentation compliance

🎯 Requirements

• Must be bilingual in Spanish • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Public Health, Psychology, or a related field (or equivalent experience) • 3–5 years of healthcare operations or patient access experience • 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience • Experience with mental health • Strong knowledge of scheduling workflows and patient access management • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools • Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems
