They have acquired the Doula Network, the largest credentialed network of in-network doulas in the U. S. Pomelo Care partners with health plans and employers to offer their services, which involve connecting patients with a comprehensive care team via text, phone, or video. This team includes nurses, midwives, physicians, and other specialists who assist patients from pre-pregnancy to postpartum periods. Pomelo Care aims to supplement in-person visits with additional support, enhancing maternal and newborn outcomes, and lowering healthcare costs.

📋 Description

• Create an intuitive and user-friendly technology environment for your fellow Pomelos! • Be the primary IT support coverage during west coast hours for a team that's mostly remote, with folks working from our NYC and SF offices too • Run onboarding and offboarding for a distributed team: provisioning accounts, shipping devices, and recovering them when people leave • Implement security policies across Okta, Slack, Google Workspace and others to keep our patients' data safe

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in an IT support/operations role • Strong customer service and communication skills — you focus on end-user experience and empathize with users • Success both when working independently and within a team — you'll anchor coverage for the back half of the day • Experience administering systems like Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, etc. • Experience supporting Apple hardware, including MDM tools like Iru (formerly Kandji) or Jamf, and device lifecycle for a remote workforce
