📋 Description

• Take a leadership position in designing mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and piping • Mentor junior and mid-level MEP engineering professionals • Support proposal efforts • Lead design projects spanning multiple markets and geographies • Move efficiently through design stages from concept planning to construction documentation • Interface with clients • Collaborate with the Professional Design Services team

🎯 Requirements

• BS in Mechanical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering Technology from an accredited college or university • 10+ years of related MEP experience • Proficient with relevant software such as Revit, AutoCAD and BIM • Experience mentoring and training employees • Experience leading projects, supporting proposal efforts and interfacing with clients • PE License required, or passage of the PE exam with licensure pending • Ability to work well within a team environment, positive attitude, multi-task, and self-motivated to produce high quality work • Ability and desire to learn and grow professionally
