📋 Description

• Provide product and service information to clients and potential clients • Offer solutions to drive company revenue • Handle cancellations and renewals for the three-year home warranty product • Conduct consultative sales through incoming and outbound calls and emails directly to consumers • Prospect and contact potential customers • Maintain an average of 50–60 inbound calls per day • Meet campaign conversion requirements

🎯 Requirements

• 1–2 years of sales experience selling products/services over the phone or face-to-face in a call center or retail environment • Strong verbal and written communication skills • English language proficiency • Ability to work independently in a multi-step sales process • Ability to follow up with warm leads via phone or email • Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce • Previous home warranty or auto warranty sales experience is a plus • Eligible to work in the United States • Applicants for remote positions cannot be located in Alaska, Arkansas, Delaware, Hawaii, Iowa, Maine, Mississippi, Montana, New Hampshire, or West Virginia
