📋 Description

• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Product, Engineering, and customers to bring conversational commerce visions to life • Demo advanced Postscript use cases with account executives and prospects • Manage and deliver proofs of concept for complex customer and prospect use cases • Help customers turn proofs of concept into reliable, scalable SMS and email strategies • Serve as a trusted technical advisor throughout customer lifecycles • Develop deep technical knowledge of the Postscript platform, integrations, and API capabilities • Help customers and prospects extend strategies into email alongside SMS • Use AI tools for discovery calls, demo preparation, technical content creation, and customer education • Lead technical discovery calls, discuss the competitive landscape, propose creative solutions, and document product requests • Support sales in helping prospects understand Postscript capabilities and win customers • Provide API integration support and guidance for customers and partners • Create technical content for use cases, methodologies, new features, and integrations • Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to onboarding and customer support teams • Develop innovative solutions for unique customer needs • Collaborate with integration partners and ensure seamless integrations • Help create Solutions Engineering playbooks and processes

🎯 Requirements

• At least 3 years in a revenue-driving, customer-facing technical role such as solutions engineer, sales engineer, support engineer, or related • Ecommerce knowledge and past experience required; Shopify ecosystem highly preferred • Experience working with top-tier Shopify/ecommerce brands • Customer-first attitude • Comfortable with front end web technologies, including JavaScript and CSS • Able to create proof of concept product integrations using well-documented APIs • Existing daily use of AI tools and genuine enthusiasm for AI capabilities • Strong communication skills for translating complex technical ideas to technical and non-technical audiences • Ability to present confidently to executive and day-to-day customer stakeholders • Ability to investigate and verify answers to complex, undocumented questions • Email marketing platform experience is a plus, especially deliverability, segmentation, or cross-channel orchestration • Strong cross-functional collaboration with Product and Engineering • Detail-oriented, naturally curious, and committed to developing expertise • Ability to work well under pressure
