• Review medical documentation submitted by employees requesting reasonable accommodations • Determine whether documentation is sufficient to assess accommodation suitability under the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 • Document and summarize findings regarding accommodation suitability • Advise on specific additional medical information required when documentation is insufficient • Provide guidance on functional limitations, diagnosis, treatment plan, and related supporting information • Recommend feasible alternative accommodations when requested accommodations are unsuitable or not feasible • Participate in ReAcTs multidisciplinary teams with General Counsel, Employee Relations, and Civil Rights • Contribute medical expertise and guidance to decision-makers on case-specific accommodation requests • Advise on reasonable accommodations aligned with medical needs and legal requirements
• Have at least one year of experience practicing as a Physician in Internal or Family Medicine • Knowledge of ADA, Rehabilitation Act of 1973, ADAA, FMLA, and relevant federal disability and leave laws • Understanding of HIPAA and related privacy laws and regulations • Must currently carry state licensure within the United States as a Physician (Doctor of Medicine/M.D.) • Must remain current with state licensure in any state • Must be board certified in General Medicine • Must be a US Citizen
