📋 Description

• Review applications and identify strong candidates • Conduct initial phone screens • Schedule interviews and keep stakeholders informed through Paylocity • Answer candidate questions about the role, company, and next steps • Send confirmations, reminders, and follow-ups • Share candidate details, screening notes, and referrals with hiring managers • Maintain accurate and up-to-date applicant records • Support high-volume hiring pushes

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in recruiting, HR, or administrative coordination • Strong communication skills, both on the phone and in writing • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple candidates and open roles • Steady follow-through and ability to stay calm when priorities shift • Comfort with Microsoft Office • Experience with Paylocity or another applicant tracking system is a plus
