📋 Description

• Lead client operating model engagements covering organizational design, decision rights, governance, and workforce readiness for teams working alongside AI agents • Facilitate AI advisory workshops with executive and delivery audiences • Architect how Praecipio teams work with AI agents • Build change frameworks that support lasting adoption • Turn engagement learnings into repeatable, sellable methodology • Carry client-billable strategy work alongside internal methodology building

🎯 Requirements

• Deep roots in organizational design and change management, ideally in a consulting or transformation delivery context • Fluency across AI strategy, engineering, and enablement • Strong, defensible point of view on AI-native organizations • Comfort operating in ambiguity and building a new capability • Executive presence and facilitation skills at the client decision-maker level • Current hands-on use of Git, GitHub, and Claude Code in the terminal • Eligibility to work in the United States • Anthropic Claude Certification status requested in the application form
