📋 Description

• Own and drive full-cycle recruiting across all departments, from sourcing through offer • Recruit for roles supporting marketing, production, content, operations, and fundraising • Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies using direct outreach, networking, and AI-powered sourcing tools • Proactively source passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, referrals, Boolean searches, AI tools, and other strategies • Build and maintain candidate pipelines for active and future roles • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience through clear communication and timely follow-up • Use data and recruiting tools to track progress and optimize hiring outcomes • Partner with the VP, People Operations and Director, Talent Acquisition to understand hiring needs and provide strategic guidance • Collaborate with the broader People team on recruiting initiatives and projects

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment • Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search techniques, referrals, networking, and other creative sourcing methods • Excellent communication skills • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills • Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with ability to adapt quickly • Strong judgment and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion • Experience working with Google Workspace and applicant tracking systems • Collaborative, positive attitude and strong sense of ownership • Strong alignment with PragerU’s principles, conservative values, and genuine enthusiasm for its content and audience • Availability to work within Pacific Time Zone hours • Resume and cover letter required, including explanation of values alignment and interest in PragerU
