📋 Description

• Identify, attract, and engage highly qualified specialist participants • Build and maintain Prolific’s participant pool • Partner with client-specific AI delivery teams and serve as the primary contact for recruitment-related operations • Deliver results on bespoke client projects and meet or exceed project goals • Maintain and improve participant pool quality, diversity, and readiness • Design and manage verification processes for domain experts and AI taskers • Refine recruitment, onboarding, and activation funnels using data-driven insights • Monitor and analyze candidate engagement and quality metrics • Translate quantitative and qualitative insights into actionable improvements and operational excellence

🎯 Requirements

• Open to candidates based in the US or Mexico only • Proven track record in recruitment excellence, with experience attracting and engaging world-class talent in high-growth talent acquisition environments • Experience executing innovative, high-volume sourcing strategies and delivering scalable pipelines of top-tier candidates • Builder mindset with a passion for innovation • Strong hands-on expertise with modern sourcing and outreach platforms, e.g. LinkedIn and Welcome to the Jungle • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously, deliver at pace, and thrive in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment • Highly data-driven and commercially minded, with confidence using analytics and operational metrics • Experience with global crowdsourcing or gig-economy platforms is particularly valuable • Experience supporting AI/ML lifecycle projects, such as data labeling, annotation, or domain-specific task curation, is particularly valuable • Candidates prioritized who can commence employment within the next 2 weeks
