📋 Description

• Own and drive full-cycle recruiting across all departments, including marketing, production, content, operations, and fundraising, from sourcing through offer • Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies, including direct outreach, networking, and AI-powered sourcing tools • Proactively source passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, referrals, Boolean searches, AI tools, and other creative strategies • Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for active and future roles • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience through clear communication and timely follow-up • Use data and recruiting tools to track progress and optimize hiring outcomes • Partner with the VP, People Operations and Director, Talent Acquisition to understand hiring needs and provide strategic guidance • Collaborate with the broader People team on recruiting initiatives and projects as needed

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment • Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search techniques, referrals, networking, and other creative sourcing methods • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage candidates and stakeholders at all levels • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills • A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to adapt quickly • Strong judgment and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion • Experience working with Google Workspace and applicant tracking systems • A collaborative, positive attitude and a strong sense of ownership • Strong alignment with PragerU’s principles, conservative values, and genuine enthusiasm for its content and audience • Resume and cover letter required • Cover letter must explain how the applicant’s values align with PragerU’s and why they specifically want to work at PragerU
