📋 Description

• Define product strategy across multiple product areas • Lead complex product initiatives from discovery through scale • Partner with executive leadership on company priorities • Build and communicate multi-year product vision • Lead cross-functional teams across Product, Engineering, Design, and Go-to-Market • Mentor and develop product managers • Establish product processes, metrics, and standards • Drive major launches and strategic initiatives • Identify new market and product opportunities

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience • Proven leadership across multiple product initiatives • Strong strategic and commercial thinking • Exceptional stakeholder and executive communication • Strong technical fluency • Demonstrated ability to build and improve product organizations • Fluent English required • AI/ML product experience is nice to have • Developer or infrastructure product experience is nice to have • Scale-up experience is nice to have • Experience managing or mentoring PM teams is nice to have
