📋 Description

• Define and evolve the Device Security product strategy and roadmap • Help organizations understand, control, and govern access across their environments • Shape the role of Device Security within 1Password Unified Access and contribute to cross-company product strategy • Lead weekly, monthly, and quarterly prioritization while balancing near-term delivery with an 18–24 month product vision • Represent the customer perspective through discovery, feedback loops, recorded and live demos, PRDs, and PR/FAQs • Collaborate with Product Managers across adjacent areas and with Engineering, Design, Sales, Marketing, and Product Marketing • Establish success metrics connecting customer outcomes and ARR contribution to product progress • Engage directly with enterprise customers, including CISOs, Vice Presidents of Security, and IT leaders • Prototype proof-of-value solutions using AI-enabled developer tools • Partner with Engineering, Design, and GTM teams to turn complex security challenges into clear, useful, measurable products

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of Product Management experience, including ownership of security, IAM, endpoint, or access-control products • Track record of defining and delivering roadmaps for complex, cross-functional initiatives in a B2B SaaS environment • Experience contributing to product vision and strategy across multiple engineering teams or product areas • Strong written communication skills and experience creating PRDs, PR/FAQs, and other decision-making artifacts • Experience defining OKRs, success metrics, and measurement frameworks connected to business outcomes • Ability to communicate complex security and product concepts clearly to technical and non-technical audiences, including senior customer stakeholders • Customer-centered prioritization combining qualitative insight with quantitative data • Preferred: experience with endpoint security, device management, zero-trust, least-privilege architectures, or related security technologies • Preferred: familiarity with MDM or EDR tools • Preferred: experience with enterprise administration consoles and IT buyer or administrator personas • Preferred: experience taking AI or machine-learning products from concept to initial launch • Preferred: experience prototyping with AI-enabled developer tools and curiosity about AI agents • Preferred: familiarity with device compliance frameworks, endpoint telemetry platforms, or related security systems • Must already be legally authorized to work in the United States or Canada; no work authorization, relocation assistance, or sponsorship/transferring of a visa is offered • Successful applicants must complete a background check
