📋 Description

• Own the full product lifecycle for Retensa’s SaaS platforms • Contribute to product vision, roadmap, and priorities aligned with company goals • Translate requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and sprint plans • Partner with engineering, design, marketing, and client success to deliver high-impact features • Interact with Client Support to gather feedback, analyze product usage, and inform product priorities • Monitor industry trends and shifts to innovate solutions for competitive advantage • Track product success metrics to ensure adoption, satisfaction, and business impact • Bridge client needs, business goals, and technical execution to deliver scalable, competitive products

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in, on, or managing SaaS web application development • Direct experience bringing AI innovation to on-demand SaaS software • Proficiency sourcing and prioritizing needs from internal teams and external clients • Interest in helping companies create workplaces that engage, inspire, and retain employees • Readiness to take the lead and bring ideas forward • BA/BS required in Information Systems, IT, Computer Science, MIS, or similar • Ability to balance strategic thinking with real-world execution • Formal Agile training is nice to have • PMI or similar certification is nice to have • AWS Certification is nice to have • Programming, UI/UX, or QA experience is nice to have • Jira or similar online task-tracking experience is nice to have • Experience managing remote and part-time employees is nice to have • Full-time, Monday–Friday availability • Remote work aligned with EST +/- 2 hours
