📋 Description

• Own the multi-year vision, strategy, and strategic roadmap for Gordian’s Procurement product line • Identify market trends, customer pain points, and regulatory changes across public procurement, higher education, healthcare, and state/local government • Drive portfolio convergence between facility planning, FCAs, RSMeans cost data, and procurement workflows on the Gordian Cloud Platform • Balance modernization of legacy platforms with scalable cloud capabilities and AI-enabled workflows • Lead, mentor, and scale Product Managers and Product Owners • Define KPIs and outcome-oriented product team frameworks • Collaborate with Engineering, UX/UI, Data Science, and Revenue Operations • Apply Fortive Business System tools to accelerate product velocity and quality • Translate market opportunities into prioritized backlogs and quantitative business cases • Track SaaS metrics, customer retention, feature adoption, and margin expansion • Align product roadmaps with go-to-market strategies and business targets • Evangelize Gordian’s Procurement and Planning offerings with clients, purchasing partners, and industry forums • Support M&A evaluation and integration strategy in facility management and ConTech/PropTech

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years of progressive product management experience in B2B enterprise software (SaaS) • 5+ years in a senior leadership role managing other product managers • Deep domain background in Construction Tech, PropTech, Facilities Management, Capital Planning, Asset Lifecycle Management, Public Sector, Higher Education Procurement, or GovTech software • Proven portfolio-level product strategy experience and ability to defend strategic investments before executive committees • Expertise in modern Agile development practices • Experience with product-led growth strategies • Expertise in Lean/Continuous Improvement principles • Strong financial acumen, including P&L impacts, pricing strategy, SaaS packaging, and product margin expansion • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related technical field • MBA or Master’s degree preferred • Familiarity with Fortive Business System or similar Lean/Six-Sigma product frameworks preferred • Direct experience with Job Order Contracting, RSMeans cost data, or enterprise facility assessment tools preferred • Experience migrating legacy/desktop solutions to scalable, multi-tenant cloud platforms preferred
