📋 Description

• Provide direct administrative and special project support to the VP of Fundraising • Coordinate schedules, prepare for team meetings, track follow-up items, and facilitate team communication • Coordinate between the VP of Fundraising, internal teams, and stakeholders • Assist with personalized touchpoints for strategic ministry partners and individuals within the President’s Executive Portfolio • Plan and execute relationship-building touchpoints and communications • Coordinate timely communication and engagement for executive-level ministry partners • Track relationship activities, commitments, and follow-up items in Virtuous CRM • Build and refine fundraising department systems, processes, and workflows • Coordinate implementation of tools, systems, and processes to improve efficiency and accountability • Organize and maintain shared team documents, resources, and records • Coordinate departmental updates and communications • Monitor routine department operations and identify improvement opportunities • Coordinate onboarding for new Fundraising team members • Facilitate requests and updates for fundraising collateral materials
