📋 Description

• Implement projects to promote and ensure the success and profitability of client deliverables • Handle projects and collaborate with Project Management to develop timelines, communicate achievements, and identify project red flags • Drive daily project activities by managing scope, scope changes, roadblocks, timelines, and budgets • Coordinate or participate in content planning meetings with key content experts • Maintain daily client contact and prepare client contact reports and summaries of next steps • Facilitate medical-legal-regulatory reviews to ensure promotional items comply with requirements • Contribute to client proposals, budgets, and reconciliations • Monitor budgets, including direct and labor costs, and check for out-of-scope items and hours • Assist with financial and forecasting reports

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with a concentration in marketing, communications, or advertising • Relevant internship and/or minimum of one year practical work experience in advertising, marketing, or medical/health communications agency • Responsibility in Traffic, Project Management, or Account Management • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite • Experience with direct client contact • Hands-on experience with clients’ online submission systems for medical/regulatory and legal reviews (preferred) • Medical communications or healthcare industry experience (preferred) • Experience in writing SOWs and project briefs (preferred)
