📋 Description

• Partner with Project Managers and agency departments to manage projects • Assist in basic project planning and execution of work • Learn client expectations and rules of engagement • Develop actionable project plans and vet them through key team members • Schedule and attend internal kickoff, review, regroup, and status meetings • Take meeting notes and provide recaps and next steps • Understand and advocate for workflow processes and team responsibilities • Review action orders to ensure clear, executable direction • Lead online project routing while ensuring quality assurance at each step • Maintain the daily hot sheet • Communicate with clients and internal teams through email, IM, phone, and in person • Monitor delivery dates and advocate for the team • Provide alternative solutions to keep projects on track • Build skills to become project lead on a set of accounts • Review and provide input on Statements of Work • Research processes and industry practices; identify and share best practices

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree • Proficient in MS Office • May require domestic and/or international travel, including overnight stays • Proactive, positive communicator • Good time-management skills • Ability to multitask • Eagerness to learn project management in an agency setting • Detail oriented • Preferred: 0 to 2 years’ work experience in project management or in a coordinator capacity
