📋 Description

• Plan, coordinate, and deliver HVAC projects from contract award through completion • Manage project schedules, budgets, subcontractors, customer relationships, and overall project performance • Manage HVAC projects from generation through closeout • Review scopes of work, contracts, and equipment requirements • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and procurement plans • Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, equipment manufacturers, and field teams • Monitor project costs, labor, materials, equipment, and timing • Review and approve material and equipment quotes, submittals, change orders, and purchase orders • Coordinate equipment procurement and delivery • Conduct project meetings and provide status updates to clients • Identify project risks, delays, scope gaps, and cost impacts; develop corrective action plans • Track project progress and maintain accurate documentation • Maintain customer relationships and address project issues professionally and promptly

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of HVAC, mechanical construction, or related project management experience • Strong knowledge of commercial HVAC systems, mechanical construction, and installation practices • Understanding of project scheduling, cost control, change-order management, and construction processes • Strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and leadership skills • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook • Experience with construction/project-management software is preferred • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
