📋 Description

• Manage global supply chain material purchases for a major Navy program within the Leidos Digital sector. • Plan, organize, secure, and manage supply chain resources supporting cybersecurity, networks, and field services across more than 2,500 locations. • Work with company leaders to procure material requirements and support acquisition plans from start to finish. • Interface with Contracting Officers, Suppliers, Logistics, Receiving, Materials Asset Management, and Strategic Sourcing to meet program execution milestones. • Streamline procurement of materials against customer requirements with the Program Management team. • Generate material requirements and support acquisition plans. • Maintain reports and monitor material movement through manufacturing and inventory sequences. • Coordinate forecasts, workload, expediting, and acquisition priority with commodity/category leadership. • Ensure Global Supply Chain policies and procedures are followed throughout materials management and sourcing. • Report Small Business Goals accurately. • Manage blanket purchase agreements for savings and cost avoidance. • Analyze material requirements, supplier recommendations, and acquisition planning opportunities. • Engage supply chain stakeholders to determine optimal acquisition strategies. • Manage production, renewal, and delivery schedules. • Communicate with internal and client project team members and influence solution design, processes, and approaches. • Review technical part specifications and drawings and coordinate with Asset Management and Strategic Sourcing to meet compliance. • Manage overseas fleet vehicle leasing agreements.

🎯 Requirements

• BA degree or equivalent experience. • BA degree and 4–8 years of prior relevant experience, or Master’s degree with 2–6 years of prior relevant experience. • Understanding of concepts, principles, industry practices, and standards within the discipline. • Strong Microsoft Office knowledge and skills, including SharePoint and Power Apps. • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks. • Strong organization and communication skills. • Attention to detail. • Power BI and other dashboard experience. • Intermediate Excel experience, including Pivot Tables, Charts, v-Lookups, and Bar Charts. • Buying experience preferred. • Military support background preferred. • Supply Chain Management experience preferred. • MRP knowledge or CostPoint experience preferred. • Strong knowledge and experience with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) requirements for price and source justification preferred. • Subcontract experience preferred.
