📋 Description

• Oversee project workflows and manage project documentation • Coordinate medical/legal/regulatory (MLR) review processes • Support financial tracking and invoicing activities • Act as a primary client contact for project status updates and operational discussions • Ensure compliance with relevant client and industry requirements • Provide guidance and support to Program Coordinators

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required • 1–3 years of project management experience within a pharmaceutical-related service business such as medical communications, healthcare advertising, sales training, or digital production • Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects, timelines, stakeholders, and deliverables in a deadline-driven environment • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients and cross-functional teams • Experience supporting project budgets, financial monitoring, invoicing, or resource planning activities • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and project management tools • Ability and willingness to travel as required
