📋 Description

• Provide leadership by driving engagement results and managing client relationships • Manage engagement resources, project logistics, economics, risks, and issues • Oversee development of client deliverables and solutions • Oversee implementation and ensure quality results, project profitability, and customer satisfaction • Deliver consulting services while supervising, mentoring, and developing staff • Serve as a subject matter expert on projects as needed • Lead and participate in Premier internal activities including creation of analytics, standard KPIs, data ingestion, and best practices • Develop pipelines and create analytics • Deliver analytics and implement value solutions • Enrich staff skills and knowledge and foster a productive, collaborative team environment • Support business development opportunities

🎯 Requirements

• 7 or more years of applicable experience • Bachelor’s degree (required) • Ability to coordinate and deliver effective verbal and written presentations to client audiences • Ability to oversee and quality assure analytics and mentor others in client deliverables • Ability to relate to clients and team members effectively and collaboratively • Ability to lead work groups to successful outcomes • Demonstrated depth of knowledge in a specific area of expertise • Experience in Health Systems Finance, Operations, Strategic Planning or Decision Support Analytics • Qualitative analysis and strategic problem-solving skills • Experience in Revenue Cycle analytics • Experience with Data Bricks • Experience creating pipelines • Experience streamlining data ingestion processes • Experience leading cross-functional teams • Master’s degree preferred • Ability to remain stationary for prolonged periods • Ability to adapt, change priorities quickly, and meet deadlines • Attention to detail • Ability to operate computer programs and software • Ability to communicate effectively in person and electronically • Ability to make independent decisions • Ability to work collaboratively in close quarters with peers and interruptions • Travel requirement up to 10% • Travel 81–100% within the US
