📋 Description

• Lead advisory consulting engagements delivering performance improvement to healthcare organizations • Drive engagement results and manage client relationships • Manage engagement resources, project logistics, economics, risks, and issues • Oversee development and quality of client deliverables and solutions • Oversee implementation and ensure project profitability, quality, and customer satisfaction • Deliver consulting services while supervising, mentoring, and developing staff • Serve as a subject matter expert on projects as needed • Participate in and lead Premier internal activities involving analytics, standard KPIs, data ingestion, and best practices • Develop data pipelines • Create and deliver analytics • Develop and implement value solutions • Build a productive, collaborative team environment by enriching staff skills and knowledge • Support business development opportunities • Travel as required

🎯 Requirements

• 7 or more years of applicable experience • Bachelor’s degree required • Ability to coordinate and deliver effective presentations (verbal and written) to client audiences • Ability to oversee and quality assure analytics and mentor others in client deliverables • Ability to relate to clients and team members effectively and collaboratively • Ability to lead work groups to successful outcomes • Demonstrated depth of knowledge in a specific area of expertise • Experience in Health Systems Finance, Operations, Strategic Planning or Decision Support Analytics • Qualitative analysis and strategic problem-solving skills • Experience in Revenue Cycle analytics • Experience with Data Bricks • Experience creating pipelines • Experience streamlining data ingestion processes • Experience leading cross-functional teams • Ability to remain stationary for prolonged periods • Ability to adapt, change priorities quickly, and meet deadlines • Attention to detail • Ability to operate computer programs and software • Ability to communicate effectively in person and electronically • Ability to make independent decisions • Ability to work collaboratively in close quarters with peers and interruptions • Travel requirement up to 10% • Travel 81-100% within the US
