📋 Description

• Collaborate with Advisory consultants to deliver healthcare performance improvement • Perform billable consulting work for clients • Lead engagements and drive project results • Manage client relationships, engagement resources, project logistics, risks, issues, budgets, expenses, and profitability • Oversee development, quality assurance, and implementation of client deliverables and solutions • Supervise, mentor, and develop staff • Serve as a subject matter expert on projects • Participate in sales and business development activities, including sales calls, RFP responses, orals, and statements of work • Lead client interviews, data analyses, interpretations, conclusions, presentations, and recommendations • Execute project plans according to statements of work and client requirements • Identify add-on sales opportunities and support closing activities • Listen for market opportunities and communicate potential leads • Contribute to sales presentation deliverables • Identify opportunities to improve profitability • Complete annual training and help develop practice training materials

🎯 Requirements

• 7 or more years of applicable experience • Bachelor’s degree required • Ability to coordinate and deliver effective presentations (verbal and written) to client audiences • Ability to oversee and quality assure analytics and mentor others in client deliverables • Ability to relate to clients and team members in an effective and collaborative manner • Ability to lead work groups to successful outcomes • Demonstrated depth of knowledge in a specific area of expertise • Experience in Health Systems Finance, Operations, Strategic Planning or Decision Support Analytics • Qualitative analysis and strategic problem-solving skills • Experience leading cross-functional teams • Remain in a stationary position for prolonged periods of time • Be adaptive and change priorities quickly; meet deadlines • Attention to detail • Ability to operate computer programs and software • Ability to communicate effectively with audiences in person and electronically • Ability to make independent decisions • Ability to work collaboratively in close quarters with peers and varying interruptions • Travel 81-100% within the US • Sedentary physical demands, including exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally • Master’s Degree, RN or other professional license, and PMP/Lean Certification are preferred qualifications
