📋 Description

• Lead and manage consultants across multiple healthcare consulting projects • Ensure high-quality delivery, client satisfaction, and project completion • Mentor consulting staff and foster professional growth • Direct resource allocation, staffing, and scheduling • Serve as primary client contact, including C-suite leaders • Collaborate with Commercial, Technology, Marketing, Finance, and HR departments • Lead complex projects in operations improvement, clinical transformation, and revenue cycle management • Analyze client operations and develop strategies to improve clinical workflows and healthcare delivery • Oversee change management and implementation of practices, technologies, and systems • Advise clients on regulatory, compliance, clinical standards, and operational efficiency • Identify growth opportunities in existing accounts and new markets • Lead proposal development, including scoping, costing, and deliverables • Develop white papers, case studies, and presentations • Represent the firm at conferences, seminars, and client meetings • Manage project budgets and resource utilization • Track and report KPIs related to project success, client satisfaction, and business impact • Implement project management, risk mitigation, and quality control best practices

🎯 Requirements

• 12 or more years of applicable experience • Bachelor’s degree required • Strong understanding of healthcare systems, clinical workflows, value-based care, and healthcare policy • Expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen operations improvement methodologies • Proficiency in project management, risk mitigation, and quality control • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven decision-making approach • Excellent communication skills and ability to present complex ideas to diverse audiences • Proven client management skills and ability to build long-term relationships • Financial acumen in managing project budgets and forecasts • Ability to remain stationary for prolonged periods • Ability to adapt, change priorities quickly, and meet deadlines • Attention to detail • Ability to operate computer programs and software • Ability to communicate effectively in person and electronically • Ability to work collaboratively in close quarters with peers and interruptions • Relevant certifications such as Lean Six Sigma, PMP, or healthcare-related credentials are preferred, not required • Master’s degree in healthcare administration, Business Administration, Public Health, or related field is highly preferred, not required
