📋 Description

• Collaborate with Advisory consultants to deliver performance improvement for healthcare systems • Perform billable client work and lead or participate in engagement workstreams • Determine client needs according to engagement statements of work • Lead, complete, and provide quality assurance over data analyses • Interpret analyses, form initial recommendations, and develop potential solutions • Develop deliverables and presentation materials for diverse audiences • Identify and mitigate risks and issues • Manage workstream economics, budgets, expenses, and project activities • Participate in client interviews, analytics, hypothesis formation, and implementation of recommended improvements • Build and maintain dynamic, interactive data models using Premier and client data • Lead process standardization and automation of client deliverables and internal tools • Troubleshoot Tableau workbooks, SQL scripts, and Excel analyses • Participate in practice development, learning Premier technologies, sales opportunities, and required training • Maintain utilization targets and create value through client interactions, analytics, insights, and team participation

🎯 Requirements

• 4 or more years of applicable experience • Bachelor’s degree required • Ability to coordinate and deliver effective verbal and written presentations to client audiences • Ability to conduct analyses and oversee and mentor others in producing client deliverables • Ability to relate to clients and team members effectively and collaboratively • Ability to lead work groups to successful outcomes • Lean Process Improvement; Six Sigma Green/Black Belt • Experience in Health Systems Finance, Operations, Operational or Strategic Consulting, Strategic Planning or Decision Support Analytics • Experience analyzing complex healthcare data sets and developing visualizations and presentations for data-driven recommendations • Experience with qualitative and quantitative data validation and analysis • Experience in new methodology development and strategic problem-solving • Ability to remain stationary for prolonged periods • Ability to adapt, change priorities quickly, and meet deadlines • Attention to detail • Ability to operate computer programs and software • Ability to communicate effectively in person and electronically • Ability to make independent decisions • Ability to work collaboratively in close quarters with peers and interruptions
