📋 Description

• Participate in Premier internal activities, practice development, approved educational opportunities, and learning Premier technologies • Create value through client interactions, data analytics, insights, and team participation in the Women’s and Children’s Collaboratives • Support forums for sharing best practices, including site assessments, member meetings, educational sessions, and Premier platforms • Obtain data, conduct or oversee analyses, interpret findings, draw conclusions, and prepare verbal and graphic presentations • Perform quality assurance on collaborative deliverables • Contribute content and share best practices with members • Determine member needs through discussions, tools, and analytical methods • Summarize findings and draft recommendations and potential solutions for collaborative leadership review • Execute project plans in accordance with contracts and member satisfaction objectives • Develop presentations and deliverables communicating improvement areas and outcomes • Participate in project management, risk identification, and issue mitigation • Learn Premier technologies and services • Identify market opportunities, communicate potential leads, contribute to thought leadership, and identify profitability improvements • Complete required annual training

🎯 Requirements

• 4 or more years of applicable experience • Bachelor’s degree required • Ability to coordinate and deliver effective verbal and written presentations to client audiences • Ability to conduct analyses and oversee and mentor others in producing client deliverables • Ability to relate to clients and team members effectively and collaboratively • Ability to lead work groups to successful outcomes • Lean Process Improvement; Six Sigma Green/Black belt • Experience in Health Systems Finance, Operations, Operational or Strategic Consulting, Strategic Planning, or Decision Support Analytics • Experience analyzing complex healthcare data sets and developing visualizations and presentations • Experience with qualitative and quantitative data validation and analysis • Experience in new methodology development and strategic problem-solving • Registered Nurse (RN) license listed among preferred qualifications • Ability to remain stationary for prolonged periods • Ability to adapt and change priorities quickly and meet deadlines • Attention to detail • Ability to operate computer programs and software • Ability to communicate effectively in person and electronically • Ability to work collaboratively in close quarters with peers and varying interruptions • Ability to make independent decisions • Willingness to travel 61–80% within the US
