📋 Description

• Own day-to-day relationships with contracted CRO and CDMO supplier partners across discovery, preclinical, clinical, and manufacturing service categories • Take the handoff at contract execution and drive partner onboarding through early wins to sustained, long-term performance • Serve as a trusted advisor to emerging-biotech customers and position partners as the right fit for their work • Build the credibility of Prendio BioProcure's CRO/CDMO offering in the market • Map accounts between supplier partners and biotech customers and drive connections • Generate and deliver partner reporting; track adoption, connections, and partner-growth KPIs • Communicate emerging-biotech pain points to Product and Data teams and help shape platform tools and data offerings • Collaborate with Supplier Solutions, Customer Success, and Product • Escalate commercial negotiations, including pricing, rebates, and new partnerships, to the SVP of Supplier Solutions • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in life sciences with hands-on ownership of outsourced R&D spend across multiple service categories • Breadth across discovery and preclinical services, such as DMPK, toxicology, bioanalysis, in vivo pharmacology, translational sciences, or medicinal chemistry, with exposure to clinical-stage outsourcing • Hands-on experience selecting, contracting with, and managing CROs and/or CDMOs • Deep familiarity with CRO/CDMO players, capabilities, and value-adds • Experience at emerging biotech (venture-stage) companies strongly preferred • Sponsor-side operating experience • Scientific literacy sufficient for credible technical conversations with customer teams and partner scientists • Understanding of emerging-biotech realities, including burn rate, milestones, speed, and supplier-selection costs • Strong communication and networking skills • Commercial experience on the CRO/CDMO side is valuable in combination with sponsor-side operating experience
