📋 Description

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of software engineers. • Assess and evolve your team's structure and capabilities. • Own the technical direction and delivery discipline for an engineering domain. • Translate business needs into technical priorities and executable plans. • Elevate the technical judgment of engineers through design reviews and mentorship. • Ensure the team builds and operates high-quality software.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of software development experience. • 3+ years of formal people management leading software engineers. • Strong technical depth in at least one relevant engineering domain. • Experience leading delivery for complex systems. • Strong proficiency in C#, Go, TypeScript, and React. • Proven ability to own the full software development lifecycle. • Strong understanding of architecture, data flows, APIs, cloud environment, and operational dependencies.
