📋 Description

• Join Presidio's National EUC Team as an Engineer • Drive delivery for customers' AWS, VMware, and Citrix needs • Act as a client advocate and post-sales expert • Provide documentation when needed • Architect and deploy AWS AppStream and WorkSpaces Core with Citrix • Architect and deploy Omnissa Horizon VDI environments, including Instant Clones, RDSH, App Volumes, Dynamic Environment Manager, TrueSSO, Workspace ONE Access, and ThinApp • Work with Horizon Cloud Services and supported hyperscalers, including Horizon on Azure and AWS Core solutions • Implement and optimize Workspace ONE UEM for device management, application delivery, and compliance enforcement • Integrate Omnissa solutions for identity, access management, and zero-trust security frameworks • Conduct capacity planning and performance tuning for Horizon and Workspace ONE environments • Implement monitoring and alerting solutions for proactive issue resolution

🎯 Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with Citrix, AWS WorkSpaces Core, and AppStream • Strong hands-on experience with Omnissa Horizon, including VDI, App Volumes, and DEM • Proficiency in Workspace ONE UEM and Workspace ONE Access • Familiarity with Omnissa identity and access management solutions • Understanding of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy • Experience with SSL certificates, load balancing, and firewall rules • Knowledge of zero-trust principles, MFA, and conditional access • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience and/or military experience • Minimum of 3+ years of experience • Must be a US Citizen • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills • Excellent communication and documentation abilities • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
