📋 Description

• Deploy directly into customer environments, remotely or on-site, as the primary technical partner from discovery through delivery • Own customer relationships from discovery through delivery • Serve as a hands-on escalation point for complex technical issues during delivery • Develop high-impact proofs of concept and working prototypes • Design and implement migration, modernization, and DevOps solutions throughout the project lifecycle • Identify expansion and new-engagement opportunities within accounts • Lead the technical sale and close engagements • Create level-of-effort estimates and scope-of-work documents • Lead technical discussions, scope needs, and present solutions in customer calls • Conduct Migration Acceleration Program assessments • Lead workshops evaluating cloud migration readiness • Guide team members on AWS solutions, migration strategies, and field best practices • Stay current on AWS offerings, DevOps tooling, and emerging technologies

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive hands-on experience with AWS services including EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, CloudFormation, EKS, and ECS • Proven ability to lead technical conversations and translate business needs into solutions that close • Track record of leading successful AWS migration and modernization projects end to end • Strong experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions, AWS CodeSuite, and CircleCI • Hands-on experience with Terraform or CloudFormation • Familiarity with the AWS Well-Architected Framework • Strong ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in real time, in front of customers • Excellent written and verbal communication in English • AWS Professional and specialty certifications strongly preferred • Prior experience in a forward deployed, solutions engineering, pre-sales, or cloud consulting role with a commercial component strongly preferred • Experience with Data, Machine Learning, or AI technologies strongly preferred • History of growing accounts or driving revenue as a technical contributor strongly preferred • Knowledge of advanced AWS services or emerging technologies strongly preferred
