📋 Description

• Support client operations by handling payment postings • Mail dunning letters • Maintain client service agreements • Follow invoicing practices, including pre-invoicing review for fee-for-service, managed care, diabetic supply, and supplemental rebate programs • Assist account management and rebate management with client requests, including reporting • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or related area of study, or equivalent combination of education and/or relevant work experience • High school diploma from an accredited school or equivalent GED required • No prior experience required • Must be eligible to work in the United States without work visa or residency sponsorship • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Proficient in Microsoft products, including Excel and Word • Preferred: 6 months of work experience in accounting, accounts receivable, billing, rebate, pharmacy, or claims • Preferred: Pharmacy or pharmacy rebate operations experience • Preferred: Accounting and accounts receivable experience • Must understand, comply with, and attest to job-specific security responsibilities and controls • Must comply with applicable legal, regulatory, contractual, and internal policy requirements • Must be able to perform essential job functions, with reasonable accommodations available when requested
