📋 Description

• Support the development and maintenance of reports, dashboards, and other business intelligence components based on defined requirements and specifications • Assist with BI solution designs and documentation through research, testing, and data preparation under the guidance of senior developers or architects • Monitor communication channels for production-related issues • Triage incoming requests, assist in resolving issues, and escalate to appropriate teams when necessary • Learn and apply BI development best practices through collaboration and guidance from senior staff • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer and Information Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, Statistics, or related area of study, or equivalent combination of education and/or relevant work experience • High school diploma from an accredited school or equivalent GED required • Must be eligible to work in the United States without the need for work visa or residency sponsorship • Knowledge of common data platforms such as SQL Server, Oracle, Google BigQuery, Snowflake, AWS Redshift, MySQL, or similar • Knowledge of BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, Cognos, SAS, or similar • Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and data modeling techniques, including relational and dimensional modeling • Ability to quickly learn new tools, processes, and applications and apply new knowledge to practical tasks and projects • Strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills • Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment • Educational or internship experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or reporting projects preferred • Experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA is a plus • Experience with version control tools such as GitHub, SVN, MotioCI, or similar is a plus • Coursework related to healthcare, PBM, or a similar industry is a plus • Must comply with security responsibilities, legal, regulatory, contractual, and internal policy requirements • Must be able to perform the essential functions of the job; reasonable accommodations may be made when requested
