📋 Description

• Develop complex business intelligence solutions and support data strategy • Identify and inform opportunities and risks using subject matter expertise • Develop complex dashboards, scorecards, reports, and data analyses • Create and maintain a web-based portal using React • Improve health and human services program delivery using advanced analytics, algorithms, data visualizations, and maps • Develop and maintain complex SQL queries and scripts to create data marts in Teradata • Run complex ad hoc SQL and reports using claims, beneficiary, and provider data • Participate in project discussions and document or recommend alternative technical solutions and requirements • Participate in unit, integration, and system testing • Maintain communication and relationships with project stakeholders • Gather business requirements and prepare analyses evaluating program effectiveness and efficiency • Perform peer reviews and provide technical support and guidance to the project team • Support project planning and execution, including presentations, risk and issue tracking, and status reporting • Demonstrate deliverables to teams and customers to gain approval and buy-in • Collaborate with DBAs, data modelers, and application/system administrators to maintain Teradata and application server hardware and software, including patches, fixes, and upgrades • Lead industry-level standards and best practices

🎯 Requirements

• More than five years of experience developing, implementing, and maintaining complex Tableau and MS Power BI dashboards, visualizations, and analytics • More than five years of experience developing complex SQL scripts using Teradata, DB2, or Oracle Load Utilities, or stored procedures • At least four years of experience with complex development using React, React.js, or ReactJS • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • End-client-facing skills • Team collaboration and mentoring skills • Bachelor's or advanced degree in a related field such as Information Technology, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Analytics, or Business Technology • More than two years of experience analyzing and delivering complex analytics using Medicaid claims and enrollment data • At least two years of data warehouse project experience • More than two years of Tableau Server administrative experience • Experience in SAP Business Objects • Experience developing using Base SAS, SAS Analytics, or SAS Enterprise Guide • Experience with State Medicaid, Medicare, or the healthcare industry
