📋 Description

• Develop and lead sourcing strategies for mid-level risk, spend and complex vendor categories • Develop vendor strategies and design and administer RFx(s) • Lead vendor negotiations, contract drafting and redlining, and other sourcing management functions • Independently develop and drive cross-functional vendor lifecycle management and sourcing initiatives • Lead sourcing needs and procurement activities, including option/cost analysis, contract drafting and redlining, and negotiations • Evaluate, select, negotiate, and implement preferred supplier agreements • Develop negotiation strategies, manage spend, and create action plans for assigned sourcing categories • Ensure vendor contracts, renewals, amendments, terminations, and related projects are completed timely and at maximum value • Partner with internal stakeholders and leaders to implement approved sourcing strategies • Participate in policy management, process improvement, contract audits, project management reporting, competitive sourcing events, and RFP responses • Mentor sourcing teammates and lead the team in the Director's absence • Maintain data integrity, usability, and insights in procurement and contract management systems • Assist with financial and options analysis • Help develop and execute sourcing systems roadmaps and continuous improvement plans • Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders and vendors • Communicate progress and status on sourcing projects and initiatives • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related area of study, or equivalent combination of education and/or work experience • 5 years of work experience in procurement, buying, supply chain, or strategic sourcing • 2 years of experience with sourcing and contract lifecycle management technology • Must be eligible to work in the United States without need for work visa or residency sponsorship • Strong communication skills, verbal and written • Ability to work effectively in a matrix environment, collaborate, and manage multiple tasks and priorities • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint • Preferred: experience with ERP financial systems, sourcing tools, contract lifecycle management systems, and/or related systems • Preferred: PBM/health care experience • Preferred: experience sourcing technology, real estate and facilities, marketing, human resources, clinical, customer service, or PBM operations categories • Preferred: prior project management experience • Must comply with security responsibilities, controls, legal, regulatory, contractual requirements, and internal policies • Must be able to perform essential job functions; reasonable accommodations may be provided when requested
