📋 Description

• Support assigned service lines and/or hospital • Interact with all levels of management to provide analysis and recommendations supporting financial goals and the strategic plan • Work with Administration and Finance leaders • Prepare monthly Internal Financial Reviews and financials, including current period performance, financial trend, variance analysis, and P&L analysis • Develop the annual operating budget, including volumes, revenue, FTEs, salary, supply, and other expenses • Review and monitor budget input and spread to minimize budget error • Provide financial support to administrators, directors, and departmental leadership • Monitor charge capture and analyze reimbursement trends and impacts on net collections and variance • Analyze bi-weekly productivity metrics to assess staffing levels • Partner with leadership on proformas, process improvement initiatives, and strategic planning • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Accounting or related field of study • Three (3) years of finance, accounting, or related experience • Alternatively, a Bachelor’s degree in another discipline may be accepted if the candidate has an MBA, MHA, or CPA • Ability to work with minimum supervision while prioritizing workloads to meet deadlines • Ability to critically review information and complete assignments with high accuracy • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
