📋 Description

• Own cross-functional KPI reporting and provide teams with accurate, timely performance visibility • Proactively communicate key performance signals • Lead ad hoc strategic planning with leadership to evaluate initiatives, market opportunities, and business tradeoffs • Respond to ad hoc analysis requests from executive and department-level stakeholders • Own company-wide FP&A, including Board and investor reporting, long- and short-term financial planning, variance analysis, and other financial reporting • Ensure the integrity of underlying reporting data and address data-quality issues at their source • Build, maintain, and improve data models and reporting capabilities, leveraging AI for technical data-infrastructure work • Communicate findings to non-financial audiences and translate data into decision-driving recommendations • Report to the CFO and collaborate frequently across the company

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience spanning investment banking, private equity, or a similar high-rigor analytical background • Experience in FP&A or strategic finance at an operating company, ideally a high-growth SaaS or software startup • Strong understanding of core SaaS metrics, including ARR, NRR/GRR, CAC, LTV, magic number, burn multiple, and rule of 40 • Excellent financial modeling skills • Proven track record building processes and tooling from scratch, ideally utilizing AI • Ability to provide data with context and a viewpoint to support leadership decisions • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to distill complex analysis into clear takeaways for non-finance audiences • Highly organized and responsive, capable of managing concurrent requests while maintaining data quality and deadlines • Ability to operate independently in a fast-moving, evolving environment • Experience with dbt and Snowflake or comparable modern data-stack tooling • Experience at a company under approximately 100 employees • Understanding of SQL • Familiarity with BI/dashboarding tools • Familiarity with FP&A tools
