📋 Description

• Develop and execute strategic plans to drive virtual care adoption and growth • Support department budgets and projections • Develop scalable virtual care models aligned with organizational goals and patient needs • Advise clinical and operational teams on virtual care adoption • Monitor federal and state regulations and policies affecting virtual care delivery • Oversee virtual health program operations, workflows, and quality of care • Support scheduling, staffing, and provider engagement • Manage project plans, timelines, and communication strategies for virtual health rollouts • Manage vendor relationships, technology platforms, and virtual-care partnerships • Lead initiatives expanding access through innovative virtual programs • Improve virtual workflows, training, and best practices with clinical leadership • Oversee revenue cycle management, credentialing/enrollment, and related KPI metrics • Identify operational bottlenecks, resolve issues, and secure organizational buy-in • Develop patient and provider engagement strategies, including marketing campaigns, practice meetings, conferences, and retreats • Develop, monitor, and analyze performance metrics such as access, utilization, and patient satisfaction • Promote virtual care services with cross-functional teams • Develop and maintain evidence-based virtual care protocols, clinical guidelines, and standard operating procedures • Direct the virtual care quality-assurance program and continuous improvement initiatives • Lead clinical onboarding, credentialing, orientation, and transition into virtual practice • Design and execute training curricula for existing operations and new virtual health service lines • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, public health, nursing, or related field preferred; Master’s degree and Clinical Experience strongly preferred • 5+ years of experience in healthcare operations or digital health • 2+ years in a leadership or management role • Experience in establishing a telehealth service line strongly preferred • Strong understanding of telehealth regulations, workflows, and technology platforms • Familiarity with virtual care reimbursement models and limitations • Experience in process improvement, project management, and data-driven decision-making • Excellent written communication, presentation, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills • Proven ability to work collaboratively across clinical, technical, and operational teams • Experience with athenahealth EMR preferred • Minimum internet speed of 5 MBPS download and 3 MBPS upload for remote work • 10% travel
