📋 Description

• Execute emerging technology ecosystem strategy and objectives • Facilitate top-to-top emerging technology alliance relationships and program management • Mobilize sales plans, craft joint opportunities and market activity, and drive action across internal and external organizations • Drive disciplined governance and clear accountability across service lines, practices, sectors, accounts, and regions • Develop emerging technology business cases, use cases, opportunities, and sales plans with Go-to-Market Alliance Leadership • Ensure compliance with regulations, ethical standards, data privacy, and security best practices • Collaborate with Ecosystem Relationship Enablement on alliance formation efforts • Deliver alliance intelligence, financial reporting, and emerging relationship impact/influence • Activate new countries and regions with appropriate governance, business plans, executive relationships, operating cadence, and alliance contracts • Support R&D efforts by alliance partners exploring emerging technology methodologies and applications • Contribute content, knowledge sharing, and market insights to the Global Alliance and Ecosystem Relationship network • Work with the AI practice, CTO network, venture capital, and early-stage startup ecosystem • Coordinate virtually with globally distributed team members; some travel may be required

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in alliance management or business development for a technology or professional services company • Experience and evidence of success building and nurturing win-win alliance relationships • Ability to work effectively within high-performing teams • Strong executive presence and ability to build and sustain client/alliance relationships at the highest levels and with C-suite clients • Versatility and adaptability skills • Strong collaboration skills • Appreciation of cross cultures and diversity • Strong people, change, and stakeholder management experience • Strong interpersonal communication and influencing skills • Effective business, client, team, and personal leadership skills • Ability to coordinate multiple projects and initiatives through prioritization, organization, flexibility, and time management • Ability to work effectively under pressure • Excellent written, oral, presentation, and facilitation skills • Highly collaborative approach • Global mindset and ability to work effectively across cultures • Relevant exposure to emerging technologies and ecosystems preferred • Experience working with AI, cloud, or other emerging technologies preferred • Familiarity with innovation frameworks or startup ecosystems preferred
