📋 Description

• Develop and communicate the strategic roadmap and vision for the Health100 App’s open platform benefits experience • Lead employer and payer client partnerships and key client integrations • Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation through launch and continuous improvement • Ensure intuitive, seamless, and engaging user experiences through user-centric design • Monitor customer needs, identify insights, and propose digital solutions • Build relationships with healthcare providers, patients, internal teams, and leaders • Foster continuous discovery, experimentation, and evidence-based decision-making • Report regularly on OKRs, roadmaps, and progress toward year-end goals • Identify efficiencies in agile ceremonies and product delivery to accelerate customer time-to-value • Manage and develop high-performing teams through feedback, coaching, and performance reviews

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of work experience • 7+ years defining and executing product roadmaps and strategies for large-scale consumer or B2B digital products • 7+ years leading and collaborating with engineering and design teams • 7+ years leveraging data and customer insights to drive prioritization, measure outcomes, and influence stakeholders • Minimum 5 years working in an agile environment • Ability to lead decentralized teams • Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, Figma, and Agile methodologies • Experience leading healthcare, PBM and/or employer digital products preferred • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, written, verbal communication, and presentation skills • Expert-level business acumen and analytical skills • Experience driving and coordinating complex, cross-functional digital initiatives preferred • MBA or advanced degree preferred • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience • Qualified applicants with arrest or conviction records will be considered in accordance with federal, state, and local laws
