📋 Description

• Lead the design and implementation of Salesforce solutions meeting PRO-spectus business needs • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and analyze business processes • Translate business requirements into technical specifications • Create technical solutions leveraging Salesforce, including Health Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Sales Cloud, Salesforce Shield, Marketing Cloud, and Commerce Cloud • Design scalable architecture solutions, data models, system integrations, workflows, and customizations • Design and implement the Salesforce platform security model, including visibility, accessibility, and sharing • Configure standard and custom objects, fields, page layouts, and workflow rules • Develop and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and workflows • Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce customizations and custom applications • Identify process improvements and automate business processes • Oversee Salesforce configuration, customization, and development • Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams • Design and implement integrations with ERP, client CRMs, marketing automation, and third-party applications • Define data governance policies, manage data quality, and perform data audits and cleanups • Administer data imports, exports, and migrations while ensuring security and compliance • Conduct testing and quality assurance activities • Create technical documentation, design documents, specifications, and user guides • Provide training and support to end users • Collaborate with business stakeholders, project managers, developers, and cross-functional teams to deliver solutions on time and within budget • Create and maintain user roles, profiles, permission sets, and sharing rules • Stay current on Salesforce features, best practices, and industry trends; recommend enhancements

🎯 Requirements

• At least 5 years’ experience in a leading role in delivering Salesforce projects • Proficiency in Salesforce configuration, customization, and administration • Strong understanding of Salesforce security model and best practices • Experience with Salesforce Health Cloud / Life Sciences in a production environment • Experience configuring Salesforce reports and dashboards • Excellent communication skills with stakeholders at all levels • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to work independently and in a team environment • Salesforce Administrator certification (ADM 201) required • Minimum 4+ years hands-on-keyboard Salesforce experience • Experience in healthcare or proven ability to learn industry nuances quickly • Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator or similar role, with deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, configuration, and customization • Flexibility of working hours to support activities across EST to PST zones • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times • Preferred but not required: Salesforce Lightning Experience • Preferred but not required: Agile/Scrum methodologies • Preferred but not required: Sales, Marketing, or Service Cloud • Preferred but not required: SQL or Python • Power BI experience is a plus • Advanced Administrator (ADM 211) or Platform App Builder certification is a plus
