📋 Description

• Provide critical administrative and overflow prosecution support to the Firm's Intellectual Property practice • Prepare and file U.S. patent applications, Information Disclosure Statements, and other patent prosecution filings • Review incoming communications from the USPTO and WIPO and report correspondence to clients • Prepare trademark renewals and participate in quality control procedures for patent filings • Maintain electronic records and assist with docket reports • Track billable time and provide coverage for team members during absences

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent • Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred • At least two years of administrative or legal support experience • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel) • Experience with USPTO systems, including Patent Center, TSDR, EPAS, and ETAS preferred • Familiarity with intellectual property docketing systems is a plus
