📋 Description

• Analyze incoming RFIs, RFPs, and RFQs to develop strategically positioned proposal responses • Partner with Product, Sales, Marketing, Legal, and Operations to gather accurate information and refine proposal messaging • Create and maintain original, technical, product-specific content in the proposal content management database • Facilitate case-specific proposal response strategies, task lists, and work plans • Customize technical content for strategic sales situations in public and private sector construction markets • Ensure compliance with RFP requirements, response outlines, checklists, and project milestones • Manage a high volume of simultaneous project requests while maintaining 100% on-time completion • Monitor construction industry trends and software developments to enhance proposal messaging and strategies • Report to the Senior Manager, Proposal Team

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, English, Marketing, Communications, or a related field with an emphasis on technical writing • 2+ years of professional work experience, preferably supporting RFPs • Solid understanding of construction project management processes, SaaS frameworks, and information technology concepts • Proven ability to write and source clear, accurate, compelling technical content tailored to target audience objectives • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills • Strong listening and interpersonal capabilities • Highly accountable, flexible, and detail-oriented work style • Proven success prioritizing multiple deadlines simultaneously • Alignment with Procore’s core values of Openness, Optimism, and Ownership • Prior experience with construction management software such as Procore or proposal management platforms such as RFPIO is preferred
