📋 Description

• Develop and write high-quality technical proposals responding to government and commercial solicitations • Translate complex technical information into clear, concise, reader-friendly content aligned with client requirements and evaluation criteria • Collaborate with subject matter experts, other teams, and project managers to gather information and ensure technical accuracy • Review and refine proposal content for clarity, grammar, compliance, and consistent professional tone • Research industry trends, client needs, and competitor offerings to enhance proposal content and strategy • Maintain organized records of proposal content, templates, and past submissions for future reference and continuous improvement

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, Communications, or a related field • Minimum of five years of experience in technical writing or proposal development within the government contracting sector • Exceptional writing and editing abilities with keen attention to detail • Ability to comprehend and articulate complex technical concepts clearly and effectively • Strong research and analytical skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite • Familiarity with proposal management tools • Excellent organizational and time-management skills • Ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines
