📋 Description

• Manage internal and external resources to ensure professional services engagements are delivered successfully, on time, and within budget • Help clients onboard, adopt, and grow with Procore while delivering exceptional value and ensuring high client satisfaction • Partner with Professional Services Consultants, Technical Teams, Sales, Product, and Customer Success Engineers to execute client onboarding and service engagements • Plan, execute, and monitor projects while providing strategic guidance and thought leadership • Define execution strategies covering discovery and design workshops, Gantt project plans, resource management, risk tracking, reporting, and change management • Collaborate with client contacts, technical leadership, Account Managers, and Customer Success to execute custom Statements of Work and onboarding strategies • Serve as the services delivery expert during pre-sales engagements • Develop and implement repeatable processes and templates for efficiency and standardization • Manage multi-workstream timelines and project plans for on-time delivery • Own strategic delivery for one-time projects or scaled SOWs while supporting account growth initiatives • Prepare reports on project progress, budget, and risks using Procore’s internal systems • Provide proactive, clear communication to Procore clients • Maintain working knowledge of Procore products, business model, emerging technologies, and professional services best practices

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience managing or supporting large-scale professional services delivery • Proven track record of successfully leading multiple (20+) concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment • Strong proficiency in creating and managing Gantt project schedules, documenting business outcomes, resource forecasting, and maintaining RAID logs • Experience managing complex projects across web and mobile applications for document management, project management, or similar platforms • Proven success managing professional services projects valued at $100K+ while effectively controlling scope and margin • Strong familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid SaaS project management methodologies • Strategic thinker with strong critical thinking, high attention to detail, and a deep understanding of value drivers and standard operating procedures (SOPs) • Highly proactive, organized, and adaptable, with a natural ability to innovate, persuade stakeholders, and drive projects to goal completion with an optimistic mindset • Willingness to travel for client on-sites and company events (up to 30–40% of time)
