📋 Description

• Lead, plan, and execute cross-functional business, technology, and process improvement projects from initiation to completion • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, roadmaps, timelines, charters, scopes, management approaches, statements of work, cost estimates, and schedules • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget • Manage project scope, risks, dependencies, deliverables, and roadblocks; escalate issues as appropriate • Serve as the primary stakeholder contact and ensure clear communication and collaboration across teams • Align project objectives with organizational goals alongside business leaders, technology teams, and process owners • Facilitate executive-level discussions and provide data-driven decision support • Manage third-party vendors, contractors, and service providers, including contractual obligations and SLAs • Mentor and coach junior and mid-level project managers • Lead training sessions and knowledge-sharing workshops on project management practices and trends • Apply Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies to improve efficiency and effectiveness • Identify business process optimization, operational improvement, and automation opportunities • Implement project governance frameworks aligned with organizational standards and SOX controls • Lead change management efforts for adoption of new processes and technologies • Develop and manage project budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation • Define and track KPIs measuring project success and business impact • Provide clear, concise status reporting to C-suite executives and senior leaders

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of project management experience leading large, complex, cross-functional technology initiatives • Bachelor’s degree required • PMP® (Project Management Professional) certification required • Must be authorized to work in the United States • Employer sponsorship is not available now or in the future • Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or Hybrid project management methodologies • Experience managing software development and implementation projects using Agile methodologies • Experience with project management tools including Microsoft Project, Jira, and Smartsheet • Experience with Agile planning tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, or Target Process • Proficiency with Microsoft 365/Microsoft Office, including SharePoint/Teams, Excel, Word, and Visio • Strong issue, risk, dependency, and stakeholder management skills • Ability to navigate complex, cross-functional environments and collaborate with diverse stakeholders • Ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced setting • Familiarity with Lean or Six Sigma preferred • Healthcare experience a plus • Prior experience as a Data Analyst, Business Analyst, or Software Developer a plus • Preferred experience launching and delivering Payroll products or solutions
