📋 Description

• Lead initiatives within the VA focused on modernizing Veterans’ access to care through Salesforce-based CRM solutions • Plan, execute, and oversee technical projects • Ensure project milestones are met and deliverables align with strategic goals • Collaborate with engineering, IT, and development teams to understand technical requirements and resolve challenges • Monitor project budgets and optimize resource allocation to achieve financial targets • Serve as the primary liaison between technical teams, clients, and senior leadership • Provide regular updates and progress reports • Identify risks early and implement mitigation strategies to safeguard project success • Apply best practices and agile methodologies to enhance project workflows and efficiency • Foster collaboration and accountability among project team members

🎯 Requirements

• U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident (Required) • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field • 5+ years in technical project management • Preferably 3+ years on Salesforce implementations • Strong understanding of project management tools and methodologies, such as Agile and Scrum • Technical knowledge in software development, systems engineering, or infrastructure management • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, MS Project) and Salesforce tools (e.g., Flow, Reports, Dashboards) • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills • Project Management certification (e.g., PMP) preferred • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator) preferred • Background working with the Department of Veterans Affairs and/or other government agencies preferred • Reliable internet service that allows for effective telecommuting • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.; employer participates in E-Verify
