📋 Description

• Write creative briefs for editors and designers • Monitor creative fatigue and refresh winning ads before performance drops • Build and optimise campaign structures across multiple funnels • Manage campaign objectives, budgets and bid strategies • Build custom, lookalike and retargeting audiences • Manage UTM tracking • Run structured creative, hook and offer testing • Build dashboards and report on campaign performance

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience managing $50,000+ weekly advertising budgets • Strong Meta Ads experience in a lead generation or direct-response environment • Deep understanding of campaign structure, audience strategy, testing and optimisation • Confident using data to make commercial decisions • Experience with attribution and tracking (Hyros experience is a bonus) • Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail • Experience scaling campaigns while maintaining profitability • Bonus points if you've marketed to small business owners, tradies or similar audiences
