📋 Description

• Make outbound and inbound calls • Collect on accounts that are past due • Provide top tier support and service to customers • Complete five weeks of mandatory full-time virtual training • Work assigned Monday-Friday shifts and required Saturdays • Complete a 10-minute Ribbon AI Virtual Introduction after applying

🎯 Requirements

• Customer service and prior collections experience • Impeccable interpersonal skills • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Computer and typing literacy/proficiency • Ability to work with multiple software applications/screens simultaneously • Phone experience in a customer service/call center environment • High school diploma or GED equivalent • Must be 18 years or older • Located within a 60-mile radius of Glendale, AZ • Designated home-based workspace, preferably quiet and free from distractions • Wired internet connection with at least 10 Mbps download and 4 Mbps upload • Wireless, DSL, and/or satellite internet service providers are not compatible • Spanish fluency for the 5% hourly pay increase • Full-time training attendance required; 100% attendance required • Ability to work required Saturday shifts • Other qualified experience may include call center, sales, retention, resolution, debt recovery, delinquency, negotiations, or repossessions
