📋 Description

• Make outbound and inbound calls • Collect on accounts that are past due • Provide top-tier support and service to customers • Complete five weeks of mandatory full-time virtual training, Monday-Friday, 8:30AM-5:00PM • Work full-time weekday shifts between 6:00AM-8:00PM • Work required Saturdays from 6:30AM-3:00PM • Complete a 10-minute Virtual Introduction after submitting the application

🎯 Requirements

• Customer Service and prior collections experience with impeccable interpersonal skills • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Computer and typing literacy/proficiency, working with multiple software applications/screens simultaneously • Phone experience in a customer service/call center environment • High school diploma or GED equivalent • Must be 18 years or older • Must be located within a 60-mile radius of El Paso, TX • Must have a designated home-based workspace that is quiet and free from distractions • Must have a wired internet connection with at least 10 Mbps download and 4 Mbps upload speeds • Wireless, DSL, and/or satellite Internet Service Providers are not compatible with the systems • 100% attendance required during five-week mandatory virtual training • Verified Spanish fluency qualifies for a 5% hourly pay increase
