📋 Description

• Place outbound phone calls efficiently and professionally • Notify consumers of delinquent accounts by telephone to solicit payment • Receive payments by telephone for customer accounts • Manage and follow up on assigned collection accounts • Document provided information and call outcomes accurately, efficiently, clearly, and concisely • Identify situations appropriate for transferring or escalating calls to senior advisors, supervisors, or management • Conduct job tasks, calls, and interactions professionally, respectfully, positively, and in accordance with compliance policies and government regulations • Support and demonstrate the company mission and values • Assist with special projects as directed • Participate in relevant meetings or events • Perform other necessary tasks assigned by the supervisor • Discuss and negotiate payment arrangements and solutions with patients to resolve outstanding accounts

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent customer service skills • Strong verbal, written, and telephone communication skills • Strong computer skills • Ability to maintain confidentiality and communicate effectively • Ability to multi-task • Ability to handle disgruntled callers professionally, effectively, and with tact • Strong data entry skills • Resourcefulness and independence adequate to efficiently utilize resources to solve problems and complete tasks • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs • Collection experience is helpful, but not required • ACA certification is a plus, but not required • Must be able to work the 1pm-9pm CST shift • Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States now and in the future • This role does not offer current or future visa sponsorship
